This project involved the installation and commissioning of a Concealed Ducted Unit system at Kumasi City Mall, delivered under our role as the Main Contractor. Completed successfully, the project covered a total area of 18,907 sqm, with a cooling capacity of 201.6 kW. The system was carefully designed and installed to provide efficient, discreet climate control while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the mall environment. Our scope included system design coordination, equipment supply, installation, and performance testing. The concealed ducted solution ensures optimal air distribution, enhanced indoor comfort, and energy efficiency across the facility.
