Ideal Air Services Ghana Ltd. carried out comprehensive HVAC installation works at 5th Avenue Corporate Place, providing modern and reliable cooling solutions for a range of corporate office spaces within the facility. The project involved the installation and integration of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and chiller systems to provide effective temperature control and comfortable working environments for the various offices. Our team executed the HVAC works with consideration for the individual cooling requirements, office layouts and operational needs of each tenant. The installation included the associated refrigerant pipework, air distribution, condensate drainage, equipment connections, controls, testing and commissioning.
