IDEAL AIR SERVICES GHANA LTD. completed an MEP installation project at the Borteyman Sports Complex in Accra. The work included installing HVAC systems for efficient cooling, a fire sprinkler system for safety, and plumbing systems for reliable water supply and drainage. The project showcased the company’s ability to deliver integrated solutions for large-scale facilities. As part of the HVAC installation, the team designed and deployed efficient cooling and ventilation systems tailored to the complex’s large arenas, training areas, and auxiliary spaces. The systems were engineered to ensure optimal air quality, temperature control, and energy efficiency, enhancing comfort for athletes, officials, and spectators. In addition, we installed a robust fire sprinkler system to improve safety across the facility. The system was designed in compliance with international fire protection standards, ensuring rapid response capability in the event of a fire and safeguarding both occupants and infrastructure. The plumbing works included the installation of reliable water supply and drainage systems to serve locker rooms, restrooms, and other essential areas within the complex. Emphasis was placed on durability, hygiene, and efficient water management to meet the demands of a high-traffic sports environment.
