This project involved the installation of an Extraction System and Ducted Cassette units for KFC, executed under our role as the Main Contractor for Masco Foods Gh. Ltd. Completed in January 2025, the project covered a total area of 1,789 sqm with a cooling capacity of 109 kW. The scope included the design coordination, supply, installation, and commissioning of efficient ventilation and air conditioning systems tailored to meet the operational demands of a fast-food environment. The extraction system was implemented to ensure effective removal of heat, smoke, and odors, while the ducted cassette units provided consistent and comfortable cooling throughout the space. Through careful planning, quality execution, and strict adherence to safety standards, the project was delivered on schedule, meeting both performance requirements and client expectations
